Preschool Classroom
Furniture, Interiors, Products Designed a classroom with furniture for 2 year olds in Mexico. The first step was sketching ideas and researching what the teacher needed. The final design ended up being very modular and the classroom was able to be divided into differents areas to rest, play indoors, play outdoors, eat lunch and paint. Here are a few examples of the process I went through to create the classroom. -
Lines Undone
Furniture, Products This Unleash Studio piece of art is part of the Linea Collection: “Art becomes furniture.” This functional art/design piece can be placed on the wall or in front of your desk, vertically or horizontally. The plexiglass lines or paint drips move horizontally along the canvas creating pockets, shelves, and hooks you can use in several different ways. You can hang hats or scarves, hold small objects such as plants or keys, and even store office supplies. The dry-erase surface will also allow you to write notes on it. Inclusion Dispenser
Education, Products This dispenser was designed and built to promote inclusion in the classrooms. At the beginning of every month, each student places one thing that they would like to share with the class inside one of the colored tubes and places it inside the dispenser. Every morning before class starts the teacher pulls out one tube that belongs to one of the students. That student shares his/her story, drawing, or idea with the class. By sharing, being respectful, and listening to each other in a fun manner, children will learn the importance of inclusion in the classroom. Symantec
Exhibits The booth design seen here was created for Symantec during the Black Hat 2016 Conference. Symantec is a Fortune 500 company that provides cybersecurity software and services. Black Hat USA is the world’s leading information security event, providing attendees with the very latest in research, development and trends. The hanging sign was motion activated and rotated during the duration of the show. Symantec’s exhibit consisted of an area called “Capture the Flag”, a photo booth, an “Experts Expresso Bar” and a presentation theater. -
Hawaii Fashion Month
Interiors, Runway Design Unleash Studio designed and helped build the main stage for Hawaii’s first ever Hawaii Fashion Month. Set in a 28,000 square foot space, the stage with a 60 foot long runway was the central component to the event called “Outfit”. It served to host celebrity speakers, musicians, panel forums and fashion shows. -
Iceboard
Products, Sports RISD Senior Design Studio: During this two and a half month independent design project, my goal was to create a product that could lead to the creation of a new sport. I was mentored by a professional designer who encouraged me to develop my rendering and sketching skills. The process of designing the Iceboard involved researching my target audience, sketching, building and testing prototypes, making models, using computers to create 3D renderings and orthographic drawings. -
Hasbro Toy Design
Products, Toy RISD Toy Design Studio: Worked with Hasbro in the creation of new toys for toddlers and infants. Experience in the areas of research, sketching, rendering, orthographic drawing and model making was gained through learning more about the process of designing toys. Designed a bouncing/riding toy for 3 year old kids named “Rockasaurus Rex” and a concept pulling toy with sound and movement called “Seagoin’ Sailor”. -

Glacier Chair Collection
Furniture, Products This collection of concept chairs was created for a potential furniture manufacturer in Hawaii. The designs were inspired by glaciers because the sense of tranquility they exude and their interesting colors, shapes, and textures. The following images were used as inspiration and demonstrate how the different chair designs were categorized by the unique lines and shapes of glaciers. Office, Products Drip is a small creative paint can that is always on the go and has no time to shower. Since he is an artist, he always travels with pens, pencils, markers, and all kinds of tools. Sprout
Products Sprout flourished out of love and creativity. When he was a young armless and legless pot, Unleash realized that Sprout could use some cool looking arms and legs to keep away ugly and scary bugs. He usually wears plants (as wigs) to look sexy. Sunbathing is a must. He also likes to wash his hair with water, but don’t use soap because his funky hair could be damaged! Hawaii Fashion Incubator
Interiors, Workspace Hawaii Fashion Incubator’s (HIFI) mission is to inspire, promote, and sustain an integrated fashion community in Hawaii. Until recently, HIFI’s events were housed in temporary pop-up spaces. Unleash Studio volunteered in collaboration with HIFI, Retail Therapy, and Collaborative Design Workshop to create a new permanent space that promises to become a hub for Hawaii’s fast growing fashion community. Unleash created concept sketches for the space and built a modular rack system and fitting room made of old recycled doors. The space serves the dual function of educational workshop and retail venue. -
Escuela Mexicana de Te
Graphics, Logo Logo designed for Escuela Mexicana de Te, the first institution in Mexico dedicated to promoting tea and its culture. EMT also is the first to train and certify tea professionals in Mexico. Its classes and courses are destined to reach tea lovers as well as professionals in the catering and gastronomy industry. EMT asked to incorporate a teapot in the logo. This is part of the design process that led to the final design consisting of a teapot, ripples that represent the waves of education flowing and a tea leaf as the core center of it all. -

Unleash collaborated with Infinitum Limited to bring this website to life. Discovery Bay #1101
Apartment, Interiors Redesigned the interior space for a one-bedroom 800 square foot apartment in order to increase its value. Work included kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, lanai (terrace), and the living room. The estimated project cost was roughly $50,000. Before and after photos are shared here. -
Cometa
Lighting, Office, Products Cometa is a girl lamp. She is Robonaut’s sister. Just like him, she is pretty bad-ass and enjoys breakdancing. Unleash named her after the Spanish word for comet because she is super bright, likes to move fast, and holds bright colors in her backpack.
